My Background

I worked as an oil & gas draftsman for decades, owning a company called CAD-Plus Mapping Services.

My career satisfied my ”Art Itch” until I retired.

So I started taking classes at Watercolor Art Society Houston, John C Campbell Folk School, The Art League Houston & Glassell Studio School where I found my people!

I  am a mixed media artist using a combination of found & curated objects and signage to tell stories.

My art tends to be political, they are my personal “peaceful” protests and social statements of current societal issues we are all wrestling with.

My biggest inspirations comes from people & nature, I find both infinitely interesting, wise, heart breaking & often entertaining.

What better to learn, but thru ”walkabouts” in  nature, conversations with people or seeking new experiences though travel & staying open to the wisdom of all humanity.
